PUBLIC SERVICE ACTS AMENDMENT ACT 1982 No. 111, 1982 - SECT 31

Interpretation 

31. Section 55 of the Principal Act is amended-

(a) by omitting from sub-section (1) the definition of ''Minister''; and

   (b)  by omitting from sub-section (4) ''Subdivision B,'' and substituting
''Subdivision''.
