PUBLIC SERVICE ACTS AMENDMENT ACT 1982 No. 111, 1982 - SECT 8

Appointment of Public Service Board 

8. Section 11 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-section (1) '', and on the happening of any
        vacancy in the office of member of the Board the Governor-General
        shall appoint a person to the vacant office''; and

   (b)  by omitting sub-section (8).
