PUBLIC SERVICE ACTS AMENDMENT ACT 1982 No. 111, 1982 - SECT 95

95. (1) The Remuneration Tribunals Act 1973*10* is in this section referred to
as the Principal Act.

(2) Section 7 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-section
(3) ''in the First Division of the Australian Public Service'' and
substituting ''referred to in paragraph (a) of the definition of 'office of
Permanent Head' in sub-section 7 (1) of the Public Service Act 1922''.

(3) Section 8 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-section
(4) ''in the First Division of the Australian Public Service'' and
substituting ''referred to in paragraph (a) of the definition of 'office of
Permanent Head' in sub-section 7 (1) of the Public Service Act 1922''.
