PUBLIC SERVICE AND STATUTORY AUTHORITIES AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 177, 1980 - SECT 10

10. Section 16 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after sub-section
(1) the following sub-section:



"(1AA) Without limiting the generality of sub-section (1), the reference in
that sub-section to the powers of the Board under this Act shall be read as
including a reference to the powers of the Board under section 82D.".
