PUBLIC SERVICE AND STATUTORY AUTHORITIES AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 177, 1980 - SECT 43

43. Section 90 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub- section
(3) ", other than for salary or prescribed transfer or travelling allowances
or expenses, or other prescribed allowances," and substituting "or employees,
other than for salary or for allowances or expenses which may be paid under
the regulations or under determinations in force under sub-section 9 (7A) or
section 82D,".
