PASTURE SEED LEVY COLLECTION ACT 1989 No. 139, 1989 - SECT 11

11. The following amounts may be recovered by the Commonwealth as debts dues
to the Commonwealth:

   (a)  levy that is due and payable;

   (b)  an amount payable under section 10.
