PUBLIC SERVICE REFORM ACT 1984 No. 63, 1984 - SECT 116

116. Upon the commencement of section 30 of the Principal Act, that section
has effect as if-

   (a)  sub-section (1) were amended by omitting ''54B'' and substituting
        ''53C''; and

   (b)  sub-sections (3) and (4) were omitted.
