PUBLIC SERVICE REFORM ACT 1984 No. 63, 1984 - SECT 145

145. Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting before the
definition of ''Board'' in sub-section (1) the following definition:

'' 'Agency' means the Merit Protection and Review Agency;''.
