PUBLIC SERVICE REFORM ACT 1984 No. 63, 1984 - SECT 157

157. Notwithstanding the repeal of section 50 of the Public Service Act 1922
effected by section 27 of the Public Service Acts Amendment Act 1982,
regulations made under sub-sections 50 (5AB) and (5B) of the Public Service
Act 1922 and in force immediately before the commencement of this section
continue in force, after the commencement of this section, as if those
regulations had been made under sub-sections 50CA (1) and (2), respectively,
of the Public Service Act 1922 as amended by section 41 of this Act.
