PAY-ROLL TAX (TERRITORIES) ASSESSMENT AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 11, 1980 - SECT 5

5. (1) Section 16 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-
section (1) "$1,250" and substituting "$1,350".

(2) The amendment of section 16 of the Principal Act made by sub-section (1)
applies in relation to the month that commenced on the date of commencement of
this Act and to each subsequent month.
