PAY-ROLL TAX (TERRITORIES) ASSESSMENT AMENDMENT ACT 1982 No. 128, 1982 - SECT 5

5. (1) Section 16 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-section
(1) ''$1,500 per week'' and substituting ''$2,250 per week or such higher rate
as is prescribed''.

(2) The amendment of section 16 of the Principal Act made by sub-section (1)
applies in relation to the month that commenced on the date of commencement of
this Act and to each subsequent month.
