PREFERENCE TO AUSTRALIAN GOODS (COMMONWEALTH AUTHORITIES) ACT 1980 No. 113, 1980 - SECT 10

10. (1) The regulations may make provision for the determination of the origin
(whether Australian origin or otherwise) of goods.

(2) Where the regulations make provision for the determination of the origin
of goods of a particular kind, a reference in this Act (other than this
section) to the origin of goods shall, in relation to goods of that kind, be
read as a reference to the origin of the goods as determined in accordance
with the regulations.
