Commonwealth Numbered Acts

PETROLEUM (AUSTRALIA-INDONESIA ZONE OF COOPERATION) ACT 1990 No. 36, 1990 - SECT 12

"Australian tax'' means:

   (a)  tax imposed by the Fringe Benefits Tax Act 1986; or

   (b)  income tax imposed as such by any Act; or

   (c)  sales tax imposed by any of the following Acts:

        (i)    the Sales Tax Act (No. 5) 1930;

        (ii)   the Sales Tax Act (No. 6) 1930;

        (iii)  the Sales Tax Act (No. 7) 1930;

        (iv)   the Sales Tax Act (No. 8) 1930.
