PETROLEUM (AUSTRALIA-INDONESIA ZONE OF COOPERATION) ACT 1990 No. 36, 1990 - SECT 17
Regulations
17.(1) The Governor-General may make regulations, not inconsistent with this
Act, prescribing all matters necessary or convenient to be prescribed for
carrying out or giving effect to this Act.
(2) The regulations may prescribe penalties not exceeding a fine of $500 for
offences against regulations made for the purposes of Part 3.
