Ministerial Council and Joint Authority authorised to exercise rights of Australia
4. The Ministerial Council and the Joint Authority exercise the rights and
responsibilities of Australia, in relation to the exploration for and
exploitation of petroleum resources in Area A of the Zone of Cooperation, in
accordance with the Treaty.
