PETROLEUM (AUSTRALIA-INDONESIA ZONE OF COOPERATION) ACT 1990 No. 36, 1990 - SECT 8
Petroleum operations
8. A person must not undertake petroleum operations in Area A of the Zone of
Cooperation except under and in accordance with a production sharing contract,
or with the approval of the Joint Authority.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 5 years.
