RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1983 No. 130, 1983 - SECT 50

50. (1) A conciliator (not being a person appointed or employed under the
Public Service Act 1922) shall be paid such remuneration as is determined by
the Remuneration Tribunal, but, if no determination of that remuneration is in
operation, he shall be paid such remuneration as is prescribed.

(2) A conciliator shall be paid such allowances as are prescribed.

(3) This section has effect subject to the Remuneration Tribunals Act 1973.
