RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1983 No. 130, 1983 - SECT 77
Officers and employees of governments and authorities
77. The Governor-General may make arrangements with the Governor of a State or
the Administrator of a Territory for the performance of functions and the
exercise of powers under this Act by officers or employees of that State or
Territory or of an authority of that State or Territory, as the case may be.
