RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1983 No. 130, 1983 - SECT 81

False statements 

81. A person shall not, for the purposes of or in connection with this Act,
knowingly-

   (a)  make or authorize the making of a statement that is false or
        misleading in a material particular; or

   (b)  omit or authorize the omission of any matter or thing without which an
        application is misleading in a material respect.

Penalty: $1,000.
