9. Schedule 1 to the Principal Act is repealed and the following Schedule
substituted:-

PART IV-APPLICATION OF CERTAIN AMENDMENTS Application of amend- ments.
10. The amendments made by this Act, in so far as they affect instalments of
pensions, apply in relation to an instalment of pension falling due on 6 May
1976 and to all subsequent instalments.
