21. Schedule 2 to the Principal Act is amended by omitting the words-

''RATE FOR SPECIAL PENSIONS-$157.70 PER FORTNIGHT'' and substituting the
words-

''RATE FOR SPECIAL PENSIONS-$166.50 PER FORTNIGHT''.
