REMUNERATION AND ALLOWANCES AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 164, 1980 - SECT 3

3. Section 13 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting paragraphs (b) and (c) of sub-section (1) and substituting
        the following word and paragraph:



"and (b) the rate per annum of the annual allowance applicable to the office
is the rate per annum specified in column 3 of that Schedule in relation to
the office."; and

   (b)  by omitting sub-sections (5) and (6).
