REMUNERATION AND ALLOWANCES AMENDMENT ACT 1984 No. 73, 1984 - SECT 18

18. Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof the
following sub-section:

''(2) In the performance of its functions, the Tribunal shall have regard to-

   (a)  the Principles of Wage Determination established from time to time by
        the Australian Conciliation and Arbitration Commission; and

   (b)  decisions given from time to time by the Australian Conciliation and
        Arbitration Commission in National Wage Cases.''.
