RAILWAY AGREEMENT (ADELAIDE TO CRYSTAL BROOK RAILWAY) ACT 1980 No. 123, 1980 - SECT 15

Regulations 
15. The Governor-General may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act,
prescribing all matters necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying
out or giving effect to this Act or to the Agreement.
