RAILWAY AGREEMENT (ADELAIDE TO CRYSTAL BROOK RAILWAY) ACT 1980 No. 123, 1980 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to sub-section (2), this Act shall come into operation on a
date to be fixed by Proclamation.

(2) This Act shall not come into operation unless an Act of the Parliament of
South Australia approving the Agreement has come into force on or before the
date fixed by Proclamation under sub-section (1).
