RAILWAY AGREEMENT (ADELAIDE TO CRYSTAL BROOK RAILWAY) ACT 1980 No. 123, 1980 - SECT 7

7. (1) Subject to sub-section (2), the amount expended upon the construction
of the Railway shall not exceed $82,000,000.

(2) If the Commonwealth Minister and the State Minister make the declaration
referred to in clause 13 of the Agreement, the amount expended on the
construction of the Railway shall not exceed $92,000,000.
