RAILWAY AGREEMENT (ADELAIDE TO CRYSTAL BROOK RAILWAY) ACT 1980 No. 123, 1980 - SECT 9
Construction of Railway
9. The Commission shall, subject to this Act and to the Australian National
Railways Act, construct, and administer, maintain and operate, the Railway in
accordance with the Agreement.
