RACIAL DISCRIMINATION AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 18, 1980 - SECT 3
Interpretation
3. Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in sub- section
(1), after the definition of "employment", the following definition:
"'Human Rights Commission' means the Human Rights Com- mission established by
the Human Rights Commission Act 1980;".
