RACIAL DISCRIMINATION AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 18, 1980 - SECT 4
Functions of Commission
4. Section 20 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "The functions of
the Commissioner are" and substituting "In addition to the functions of the
Human Rights Commission under the Human Rights Commission Act 1980, that
Commission has the following functions:".
