ROADS GRANTS ACT 1980 No. 106, 1980 - SECT 25

25. Moneys-

   (a)  paid to a State under this Act in the year to which this Act applies;

   (b)  set aside by a State in that year for expenditure in accordance with
        this Act; and

   (c)  expended by a State during the period of 6 months immediately
        following the expiration of that year, or within such further period
        as the Minister for Finance approves, shall, for the purposes of
        sections 9, 13 and 18, be deemed to have been expended during that
        year.
