REPATRIATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1984 No. 97, 1984 - SECT 35

35. Section 7 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (3) (h) "and"; and

   (b)  by adding at the end of sub-section (3) the following paragraphs:



"(k) a reference to a pension (not being a service pension), or to a pension
under section 24 of the Repatriation Act, shall be read as a reference to a
pension under section 6 of this Act; and

   (m)  a provision of the Repatriation Act specified in sub-sections (1) or
        (2) of this section that is expressed to apply subject to that Act
        applies subject to the provisions of that Act specified in
        sub-sections (1), (2), (3A) and (4) of this section and to the
        provisions of this Act.".
