REPATRIATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1984 No. 97, 1984 - SECT 40

40. Section 4A of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (2) (a) "appeals under section 7 and in
        conducting reviews under section 8" and substituting "reviews under
        section  55" ; and

   (b)  by omitting paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraph:



"(b) statements of principles derived from the decisions of the Administrative
Appeals Tribunal, being principles deduced by the Commission from statements
of reasons given by that Tribunal for its decisions on reviews of reviewable
decisions within the meaning of section 38; and".
