REPATRIATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1984 No. 97, 1984 - SECT 49

49. The amendments of a Principal Act made by this Act do not prevent-

   (a)  payment, after the commencing day, of a pension or service pension
        granted before that day by the Commission, a Repatriation Board, a
        Pensions Committee, the Tribunal or the Administrative Appeals
        Tribunal in respect of a period ended before, or ending on or after,
        the commencing day; or

   (b)  effect being given, after the commencing day, under the Principal Act
        as amended by this Act, to a decision of, or any other matter or thing
        done by, the Commission, a Repatriation Board, a Pensions Committee,
        the Tribunal or the Administrative Appeals Tribunal under a Principal
        Act before the commencing day.
