REPATRIATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1984 No. 97, 1984 - SECT 53

53. Sub-sections 31 (6) and (7) of the Repatriation Act as amended by this Act
apply to and in relation to-

   (a)  a refusal or failure of the Commission to review a decision in
        relation to pension that occurs on or after the commencing day; and

   (b)  a decision made by the Commission on or after the commencing day upon
        its review of a decision in relation to pension.
