REFERENDUM (MACHINERY PROVISIONS) ACT 1984 No. 44, 1984 - SECT 20

20. Polling booths shall have separate voting compartments, constructed so as
to screen the voters from observation while they are marking their
ballot-papers, and each voting compartment shall be furnished with a pencil
for the use of voters.
