SYDNEY 2000 GAMES (INDICIA AND IMAGES) PROTECTION ACT 1996 No. 22, 1996 - SECT 15

(1) Where SOCOG or SPOC licenses a person to use Sydney 2000 Games indicia or
images, SOCOG or SPOC (as the case may be) must make an entry in the register
of licensed users.

(2) Licensing takes effect when the entry is made in the register, and ceases
on the day on which the licence ceases to be in force.
