SYDNEY 2000 GAMES (INDICIA AND IMAGES) PROTECTION ACT 1996 No. 22, 1996 - SECT 23

(1) A copy of the register made available for inspection in accordance with
section 22 must be open for inspection without charge by any person during the
normal business hours of the office in which it is available for inspection.

(2) Any person who inspects the copy of the register, or who asks the
Secretary for a copy of it (or part of it), must be informed that the copy of
the register that they are inspecting, or that they are to receive a copy of,
may not necessarily be an up-to-date copy of the register.

(3) If the copy of the register is kept by the use of a computer, subsection
(1) is satisfied:

   (a)  by arranging for inspection of a written copy of the particulars in
        the copy of the register; or

   (b)  by providing for access to a computer terminal from which the
        particulars in the copy of the register can be read.

(4) The Secretary must give a person a copy of the copy of the register (or
part of the register) within 5 working days if the person:

   (a)  asks the Secretary for a copy; and

   (b)  pays the prescribed fee (if any). If the copy of the register is kept
        by the use of a computer and the person asks for the copy on a floppy
        disk, the Secretary must give the copy on a floppy disk. The person is
        not, however, entitled to have the floppy disk formatted for an
        operating system preferred by the person.
