SYDNEY 2000 GAMES (INDICIA AND IMAGES) PROTECTION ACT 1996 No. 22, 1996 - SECT 26

A licensed user may not:

   (a)  give a notice of objection to importation under section 32; or

   (b)  make an application for an injunction under section 43; or

   (c)  bring an action for damages under section 46; except with the written
        consent of the body (the licensing body) that licensed the person to
        use the Sydney 2000 Games indicia or images to which the notice,
        application or action (as the case may be) relates.
