5. A reference in the Schedule to the Australian Development Assistance Agency
shall be read as including a reference to any Bureau of Overseas Aid
established, whether before or after the commencement of this Act, in the
Department of Foreign Affairs and, if the Fund referred to in sub-division 4
of Division 308 in the Schedule has been closed, moneys appropriated under
that sub-division and not paid to that Fund may be expended by that
Department, for the purposes specified in that sub-division.
