SUPPLY ACT (No. 1) 1984-85 No. 37, 1984 - SECT 3

3. (1) The Minister for Finance may issue out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund
and apply for the services specified in the Schedule in respect of the
financial year ending on 30 June 1985 the sum of $6,609,329,200.

(2) Amounts issued by the Minister for Finance under sub-section (1) in
respect of services of a particular description (other than salaries and
payments in the nature of salary) may be applied only for purposes of a kind
for which moneys appropriated in respect of services of that description in an
Act appropriating moneys, otherwise than by way of interim provision, for the
service of the financial year ending on 30 June 1984 could lawfully have been
applied.

(3) The Consolidated Revenue Fund is appropriated to the extent necessary for
the purposes of sub-section (1).
