SUPERANNUATION ACT 1976

An Act to make provision for and in relation to an Occupational Superannuation
Scheme for persons employed by the Commonwealth, and for certain other
persons.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and House of Representatives of the
Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:-

PART I-PRELIMINARY
1. This Act may be cited as the Superannuation Act 1976.*1*
