SUPERANNUATION ACT 1976 No. 31, 1976 - SECT 10

10. (1) A member of the Defence Force shall not, by reason only of being a
member of the Defence Force, be deemed to be an eligible employee.

(2) Where a member of the Defence Force who is liable to contribute under the
Defence Force Retirement and Death Benefits Act becomes an eligible employee,
he shall not be treated as such until he ceases to be liable to contribute
under that Act.
