SUPERANNUATION ACT 1976 No. 31, 1976 - SECT 156

156. (1) An amount payable to the Commissioner under this Act, including an
amount of unpaid contributions, may be paid to the Commissioner in a lump sum
or in such instalments and at such times as the Commissioner approves.

(2) An amount payable to the Commissioner under this Act, including an amount
of unpaid contributions, may be recovered by the Commissioner in a court of
competent jurisdiction as a debt due and payable to the Commissioner.

(3) The amount of any unpaid contributions payable by a person to the
Commissioner may be deducted from any payment or payments of benefit payable
under this Act to or in respect of the person.
