SUPERANNUATION ACT 1976 No. 31, 1976 - SECT 172

172. An instrument to which this Division applies continues, by force of this
section, in full force and effect but, in its operation in relation to acts,
transactions, matters or things done, entered into or occurring on or after
the commencing day, has effect as if a reference in the instrument to the
Board were a reference to the Trust.
