SUPERANNUATION ACT 1976 No. 31, 1976 - SECT 40

Division 2-The Fund
40. (1) For the purposes of this Act, there shall be a Fund to be known as the
Superannuation Fund.

(2) The Superannuation Fund shall form part of the Trust Fund referred to in
section 60 of the Audit Act 1901-1975, and the provisions of that Act relating
to the Trust Fund (other than section 62B of that Act) shall, subject to this
Act, extend to that portion of the Trust Fund which comprises the
Superannuation Fund.
