SUPERANNUATION ACT 1976 No. 31, 1976 - SECT 53

53. (1) Contributions payable under this Act shall, subject to sub-section
(2), be paid to the Commissioner by or on behalf of the person liable to pay
the contributions.

(2) Contributions payable under this Act by an eligible employee may be
deducted from his salary and any contributions so deducted shall be paid to
the Commissioner.

(3) The Commissioner shall pay all contributions received by him into the
Fund.
