SUPERANNUATION ACT 1976 No. 31, 1976 - SECT 59

59. Where a person ceases to be an eligible employee by reason of early
retirement, then, if the person does not make an election under section 62, he
is entitled to-

   (a)  standard early retirement pension in accordance with section 60;

   (b)  if he does not make an election under section 64, additional early
        retirement pension in accordance with sub-section 61 (1); and

   (c)  lump sum benefit (if any) in accordance with sub-section 61 (2).
