SUPERANNUATION ACT 1976 No. 31, 1976 - SECT 64

64. A person who becomes, or is about to become, entitled to a pension to
which this Division applies may, not later than 3 months after but not earlier
than 3 months before he becomes so entitled, make, by notice in writing to the
Commissioner, an election to commute that pension into a lump sum benefit
payable to him.
