SUPERANNUATION ACT 1976 No. 31, 1976 - SECT 79

79. Where-

   (a)  a person ceases to be an eligible employee by reason of retirement on
        the ground of invalidity; and

   (b)  the incapacity which was the ground for his retirement was, in the
        opinion of the Commissioner, due to wilful action on the part of the
        person for the purpose of obtaining invalidity benefit, the person is
        not entitled to benefit under this Division.
