SUPERANNUATION ACT 1990 No. 38, 1990 - SECT 23

23. (1) The Board is to consist of:

   (a)  a Chairperson; and

   (b)  4 other trustees;
appointed on a part-time basis.

(2) The trustees are appointed, and hold office, as provided in the Trust
Deed.
